Wild Haddock, a North Atlantic species related to cod, has long been one of the most popular fish in northern Europe because of its clean, white flesh and mild flavor. Our Haddock is caught in the pristine, cold waters off the coast of Iceland.

Haddock cooks well in most all fish recipes and resembles cod while containing twice the level of omega-3s.  Try it lightly seasoned and seared in a pan if you've never had it before - a mild, delicate, and delicious fish!
