Our scallops are harvested from the North Atlantic from Virginia to the Canadian Grand Banks and are shucked and packed in their pure, natural state. Our shrimp are caught off the US Gulf Coast and peeled, de-veined and frozen without added chemicals.  Both shrimp and sea scallops provide a surprisingly high amount of omega-3s, as well as supplying protein and important minerals.Â
